In connection with our terms and conditions, where we refer to "Content" we mean all the text and images contained in, or available from, our Site.

All orders can be placed online through the Website. All orders subject to availability.

Availability

We do not guarantee that our Site or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any Content, goods or services at any time as we see fit.

Method of Payment

You can pay either by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo or Electron cards. We are unable to accept, cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.

Pricing Policy

VAT & The EU:
All products on SupercarExperiences.com are priced in pounds sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible. Sales to VAT-registered businesses and organisations within the EU will not be charged VAT provided that VAT registration numbers and business details accompany every order.

Delivery

Your personalised, digitally printed gift pack will be sent in plain packaging. We charge a standard fee of £10.49 P&P. Royal Mail First-Class Post will normally send it to UK addresses within two to three working days of receipt of payment. Alternatively you may use our free email service, where your voucher can be sent to you by email. We recommend if it’s a last minute purchase either for you or as a present for someone, request the voucher by email.

Please call us for information on delivery overseas.

We can send the pack to you, directly to your recipient, or to another address at your request. If your pack goes astray in the post we will provide a duplicate for an additional charge of £10.49. Please inform us as soon as possible if you believe this has happened so we can do our best to deliver the duplicate pack in time.

Complaints

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed or mailed to the Customer Service Department, SupercarExperiences Ltd, PO Box 308, Grays, RM16 6XB, England. Alternatively, you may telephone the Customer Service Line on: 0845 60 22 113 10am to 5pm, Monday to Sat.

We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.
